Document Management Functionality
We are migrating our V7 document management functionality onto our new system. This will result in the following enhancements and user experience improvements:
- Centralised repository for all EHS and operational documents and procedures
- Integrated with all relevant modules to ensure all users are accessing the latest version
- Support for version control, change control approval workflows
- Configure review teams to securely control document access and change requests
- Securely share and publish approved documents
- Link and associate multiple documents
- Fully integrated with Emex Forms Layout manager to support the configuration of different templates based on document type
Barrier Management Functionality
We are extending our Risk module in order to provide our clients with comprehensive Barrier Safety support. This will make it easier for users to analyse and manage safety barriers directly through the Emex platform, improving process safety.
Enhancements to Analytics
Power BI will now be fully integrated into the Emex platform. This will provide seamless analytic capabilities across all modules.
Our out-of-the-box solution is being configured to provide new clients with quick access to an EHS compliance solution. This provides default templates across all incident types and corresponding workflows, as well as a library of audit, inspection & risk assessment templates. The out-of-the-box solution will also provide clients with pre-built Power BI dashboards, providing access to our most popular dashboards, making it quicker and easier to analyse the data that they are collecting and to create reports with stunning visualisations.
Environmental Data Reporting
Enhanced self-service tools to allow country & site specific templates to be easily configured.
Improvements are being made to our mobile app which will make it easier for users to quickly add observations, risks, actions & incidents, and analyse data within the platform.
Emex ensures effective compliance, rigorous operational risk management, and a more robust approach to corporate sustainability. Our platform gives clients the power to introduce responsive reporting based on accurate data, proving compliance to investors and shareholders.
